New Galvanometer Scanner for 20 mm -30 mm Aperture
SCANLAB, the world's leading independent OEM manufacturer of scan solutions for deflecting and positioning laser beams, is extending its dynAXIS galvanometer product range with the dynAXIS L. The rotor's 5.1 g•cm² moment of inertia makes the new dynAXIS L ideal for 20 to 30 mm mirror apertures, resulting in the smallest focus diameters even with large image fields. SCANLAB's dynAXIS L galvanometers are now available for use with apertures ranging from 5 to 30 mm.
As with all dynAXIS series galvanometer scanners, the dynAXIS L is tailored to handle the requirements of laser materials processing – via features such as its high-accuracy position detector and its rotor optimized for best dynamics and favorable response characteristics. Integrated temperature stabilization provides the scanner with exceptional long-term stability, even under challenging environmental conditions.
The dynAXIS L forms the basis of SCANLAB's hurrySCAN 20 and hurrySCAN 25 scan heads, used in applications such as welding, soldering and electronics manufacturing (micro-via drilling, laser structuring), as well as in marking applications requiring maximum focus quality.
