Drag compensation

The synchronization of the lag of the xy-axis and z-axis is possible. This can counteract the lag of the z-axis in highly dynamic systems such as the IntelliSCAN or ExcelliSCAN and reduce the risk of different spot sizes in the construction field.

Directmove3d

As the z-axis must continuously align itself with the focal plane while the scanner jumps from one end position to the next, the z-axis becomes inertial at larger distances between the points. With Directmove3d, the position of the z-axis is anticipated at the desired vector and set directly to the new focal plane.
